Both days are open to all groups. You can either book online here or you can download the booking forms using the link below.
Applications will close when the event if full so don’t delay, make your booking now. You can bring up to three extra people on the day and pay for them on your arrival. We expect 8,000 young people to take part in 2009, so make sure you don’t miss out. Further information about your fantastic day out will follow with your booking confirmation.
The event fee includes all Beaver and Cub Scouts’ activities and a souvenir badge for all.
There are still places available for this year's Fundays but you will need to return the booking with full payment as soon as possible. Please bear in mind that we will close the event as soon as it becomes full. Booking forms should be returned as per the instructions on the form.
What Happens Next?
Once we have received your booking for the event we will confirm your booking by the 10 June 2009 - confirmation will include your 'Travel Pack' and receipt. The pack will include all the information you need to get to the event. Shortly before the event we will publish all of this information on this website too.
