Both days are open to all groups. You can either book online here or you can download the booking forms using the link on the right.

You will need to return the booking with full payment no later than 15 May if ordering clothing or 31 May for all others, however please bear in mind that we will close the event as soon as it becomes full. Booking forms should be returned as per the instructions on the form. You may bring up to three additional people (participants or leaders/helpers) on the day and pay for those on arrival.

What Happens Next?

Once we have received your booking for the event we will confirm your booking by the 10 June 2008: confirmation will include your 'Travel Pack' and receipt. The pack will include all the information you need to get to the event. Shortly before the event we will publish all of this information on this website too.
